Returns and Refunds: We do not accept returns or offer refunds on personalized items. Each personalized product is made to order, specifically tailored to your preferences, and cannot be resold. Therefore, we kindly ask you to ensure all details, including spelling and personalization, are accurate before placing your order.

Replacement for Errors: In the rare event of an error on our end in personalization or customization, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the replacement process. We may require photo evidence of the error for verification purposes. A corrected order will ship out within 2-3 business days. 

Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to double-check all details provided for personalization, including names, dates, and any other customizations, before completing the purchase. We cannot be held responsible for errors or inaccuracies in personalization provided by the customer during the ordering process.

Purchase of Replacement Items: If an error is discovered after the order has been placed and the item has been personalized, the customer must purchase a new item if they wish to receive a corrected version. We do not offer free replacements for personalized items due to customer error; however, we will help you fix it and offer a discount on a replacement.

Non-Personalized Items: We accept returns of non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return.

Cancellation Policy: Due to the customized nature of our products, cancellations or changes to personalized orders cannot be accepted once the production process has begun. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable, including returned items. Junie Grace does not provide pre-paid shipping labels. We do recommend tracking/insurance on any items being returned. We can are not responsible for any lost or damaged items in transit.
