Turnaround Times and Shipping

 

Turnaround Times:

We’ll be taking our annual summer break so our team can spend some time with their families.

We won’t be shipping orders from May 11th–15th, and we’ll be back in the office and resume shipping on May 18th.

Embroidered items- 10 business days  (business days are Mon-Fridays. Please do not count Saturdays, Sundays or major holidays)

THIS IS OUR TURNAROUND TIME ONLY AND DOES NOT INCLUDE TRANSIT TIME.

 

Shipping Information:

Customs: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Junie Grace is not responsible for delays due to customs.

TRANSIT TIME IS USUALLY 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS BUT CAN TAKE A LITTLE LONGER, DEPENDING ON THE POSTAL SERVICE.

Please keep in mind we have no control over transit times or delays by the postal service.
